Your running needs definate improvement, its hard to give tips cuz i lack the literary knowledge to express the proper words to explain myself. So i'll just say this, be aware of how your body moves when you run, almost look at your self to see how the leg arm and body movements are done. I wish i could explain better, you show promise, i plan on watching a more detailed and better body movement flash from you in the future, keep it up!
